If you place an order on our website, you agree to the following terms of delivery.

Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. On the order confirmation you will find an overview of the ordered items and their costs, including shipping costs and VAT. Once you receive payment confirmation means that we will process your order. As a final step you will receive a shipping confirmation when we have shipped your order (please note that this is usually the day after the confirmation and check the times when we process and ship orders!)

Ordering and Payment
After receiving the order confirmation you should transfer the total amount of the order within 2 days to bank account number NL63RABO0198239858 t.n.v. voetbalstickersworld.nl + order number For faster delivery, transferring the amount immediately is of course the best option.

Once the amount is received, your order will be presented to postal carrier NLpost for shipment within 2 working days (if in stock). You will receive a message as soon as your order is shipped. If a particular product is not in stock it will be mentioned with the specific product. You will always receive a message if the delivery takes longer than you are used to, with the expected delivery time. After sending your order we have no further influence on its delivery and are entirely dependent on the deliveries and services of the postal carrier.  You can place your order 24 hours a day. Your order is processed by footballstickersworld.nl from Monday to Friday, from 20:00-22:00 and Saturday from 10:00-17:00 orders are presented to the postal carrier the next day, please take this into account when placing your order.  Delivery time at footballstickersworld is standard within 5-10 business days (if in stock)!

If you are under 18, please get permission from your guardian before placing an order. All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our website, click on the "Add to Cart" button displayed on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking on the "Order Now" button, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order is an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we confirm to you by email that we have accepted your order or shipped the product to you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
We do not sell to other sellers unless with prior permission, orders from known sellers large or small through the website are cancelled, this applies to single card sellers, set sellers or autograph sellers. This is due to picking certain cards for sale at higher prices elsewhere.

All cards and stickers have a maximum per customer of 1 , violation will result in cancellation of the order or block use of our website.
THIS ALSO APPLIES TO REPEAT ORDERS OF THE SAME CARDS - MAX. PER CUSTOMER IS AS STATED PER CUSTOMER/HOUSEHOLD NOT PER ORDER.
If you want more than the stated max per card, please contact us through the CONTACT section and if possible we will come to an agreement.

Shipping and packaging costs


The standard rates of the postal carrier are used to ship your order. The shipping costs for small (flat) orders that fit through the letterbox (letterbox post) are € 4,05. Larger orders fall under parcel post up to 10 kg, the shipping costs are then: € 7,05. For shipments outside the Netherlands and within Europe are adjusted shipping costs. For parcels up to 2 kg, parcels up to 5 kg are € 15,00 We charge packaging costs such as shipping boxes and bubble wrap. We also charge a % service fee for large orders. The costs come together in the shipping costs of your order. More information about the shipping costs can be found under the heading shipping. For international buyers you can find the costs per country under the heading shipping.

Exchanges and returns

We only exchange goods if they are damaged. Only after returning the goods in good condition we will refund or send you the correct goods.

Complaints / Warranty

Do you have complaints regarding the delivered goods or other matters? Please contact us within 48 hours and we will do everything possible to reach a satisfactory solution. 

Transport damage
All orders are shipped by us in accordance with the postal carrier's Terms and Conditions. Should you receive a damaged shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. An arrangement will then be made with you about returning the shipment and your products will be replaced by us free of charge. Please note: if you fail to notify us of any transport damage or do so too late, your warranty rights will expire. Of course we ask you to carefully observe the terms and conditions of the postal carrier. If returns arrive damaged and not sent in accordance with the postal carrier's Terms and Conditions, your warranty will be voided and we reserve the right to hold you liable for any damages incurred. We offer you the option of sending the products insured through the postal carrier.

Agreement
If after receipt of the total amount stated on the order confirmation, delivery of your order has not taken place within four weeks, you have the right to dissolve the contract with us and you may request a refund of the amount you have paid. This only applies if we have not made other arrangements with you regarding the time of delivery or if we fail to inform you of a possible delay in the delivery of items.

Price deviations/product deviations
We reserve the right to price deviations. We will inform you in the event of price changes. You then have the option to cancel the purchase agreement. Products may differ from the picture with the product, we will always ensure that you receive the correct quality of the product ordered.

Prices/Price increase
All prices are, unless otherwise indicated, in Euro`s, including sales tax (VAT).
It is guaranteed that there will be no price increases in the webshop after the conclusion of the contract, unless the price increase is the result of legal regulations and / or provisions.
If the price increase is not the result of legal regulations and/or provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the distance contract from the day on which the price increase takes effect.

Privacy Statement
Footballstickersworld hereby expressly declares that all address information and personal data provided by you will be used solely for its own administration and information purposes. Such data will not be resold or made available to third parties.

Disputes 
The customer can mail for questions and/or complaints through the Contact page in the webshop. Complaints are usually handled within 2x24 hours. If this is not possible for any reason, the customer will be informed of the delay time, unless the reported by the customer due to force majeure and / or technical problems in all reasonableness could not be read and / or treated earlier.
The customer is given the opportunity to submit the dispute to an independent dispute committee, which does not affect the right of the customer to submit the dispute to a competent court.
